2 U.S. Code § 1386 is about Disposition of surplus or obsolete personal property. It is Subchapter III (Office of Congressional Workplace Rights) of Chapter 24 (Congressional Accountability) of Title 2 (The Congress) of the Code.

The Executive Director may, within the limits of available appropriations, dispose of surplus or obsolete personal property by interagency transfer, donation, or discarding.
