5 U.S. Code § 2106: Member of Congress

5 U.S. Code § 2106

5 U.S. Code § 2106 is about Member of Congress. It is under Part 3 (Employees) Subpart A (General Provisions) Chapter 21 (Definitions) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

For the purpose of this title, “Member of Congress” means the Vice President, a member of the Senate or the House of Representatives, a Delegate to the House of Representatives, and the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico.
