5 U.S. Code § 6106

5 U.S. Code § 6106 is about Time clocks; restrictions. It is under Subchapter I (General Provisions) of Chapter 61 (Hours Of Work) of Subpart E (Attendance and Leave) of Part III (Employees) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

A recording clock may not be used to record time of an employee of an Executive department in the District of Columbia, except that the Bureau of Engraving and Printing may use such recording clocks.
