5 U.S. Code § 7321
5 U.S. Code § 7321 is about Political participation. It is under Subchapter III (Political Activities) of Chapter 73 (Suitability, Security, And Conduct) of Subpart F (Labor-Management and Employee Relations) of Part III (Employees) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.
It is the policy of the Congress that employees should be encouraged to exercise fully, freely, and without fear of penalty or reprisal, and to the extent not expressly prohibited by law, their right to participate or to refrain from participating in the political processes of the Nation.
