6 U.S. Code § 254: Employee discipline

6 U.S. Code § 254

6 U.S. Code § 254 is about Employee discipline. It is under Part D (Immigration Enforcement Functions) of Subchapter IV (Border, Maritime, And Transportation Security) of Chapter 1 (Homeland Security Organization) of Title 6 (Domestic Security) of the Code.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary may impose disciplinary action on any employee of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection who willfully deceives Congress or agency leadership on any matter.
