Section 66 Canadian Human Rights Act
Section 66 Canadian Human Rights Act 1985 is about Binding on Her Majesty. It is under Part IV (Application) of the Act.
Binding on Her Majesty
(1) This Act is binding on Her Majesty in right of Canada, except in matters respecting the Yukon Government or the Government of the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
