Section 103 CAMA 2020

Section 103 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Alternative to sealing. It is under Authentication and Service of Documents of Chapter 5 of PART B (Incorporation of Companies and Incidental Matters) of the Act.

Alternative to sealing

Where any written law or rule of law requires any document to be under or executed under the common seal of a company, or provides for consequences for not sealing, the document is deemed to have satisfied the provisions of that written law or rule of law if the document is signed in the manner set out in sections 101 and 102.
