United Nations Security Council Resolution 112 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Sudan

112 (1956). Resolution of 6 February 1956

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of the Sudan,

Recommends to the General Assembly that the Sudan be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 716th meeting.
