United Nations Security Council Resolution 174 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Jamaica

174 (1962). Resolution of 12 September 1962

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Jamaica for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Jamaica be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1018th meeting.
