United Nations Security Council Resolution 223 – Admission of new Members to the UN: Guyana

Resolution 223 (1966) of 21 June 1966

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Guyana for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Guyana be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 1287th meeting.
