United Nations Security Council Resolution 433 – Admission of a new Member: Solomon Islands

Resolution 433 (1978) of 17 August 1978

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of Solomon Isands for admission to the United Nations,

Recommends to the General Assembly that Solomon Islands be admitted to membership in the United Nations.

Adopted unanimously at the 2084th meeting.
