Section 48 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 48 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Composition of the Senate. It is under Chapter V (The legislature) of the Act.

The Senate shall consist of three Senators from each State and one from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
