Section 341 CAMA 2020
Section 341 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Only company may sue for wrong or ratify irregular conduct. It is under Chapter 13 (Protection of minority against illegal and oppressive conduct action by or against the company) of the Act.
Subject to the provisions of this Act, where an irregularity is made in the course of a company’s affairs or any wrong is done to the company,only the company can sue to remedy that wrong and only the company can ratify the irregular conduct.
