Section 797 CAMA 2020
Section 797 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Limited partnership to be registered. It is under Chapter 2 (Registration of limited partnership and incidental matters) of the Act.
(1) A partnership carrying on business as a limited partnership must be registered as such in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
(2) A partnership not registered as prescribed in subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a general partnership and every limited partner shall be deemed to be a general partner.
