Section 254F of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria
Section 254F of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Practice and procedure. It is under CC (The National Industrial Court) of Part I (Federal Courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.
(1) Subject to the provisions of any Act of the National Assembly, the President of the National Industrial Court may make rules for regulating the practice and procedure of the National Industrial Court.
