Section 274 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 274 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Practice and procedure. It is under A (High Court of a State) of Part II (State courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.

Subject to the provisions of any law made by the House of Assembly of a State, the Chief Judge of a State may make rules for regulating the practice and procedure of the High Court of the State.
