1 U.S. Code § 108

1 U.S. Code § 108 is about Repeal of repealing act. It is under Chapter 2 (Acts and Resolutions; Formalities of Enactment; Repeals; Sealing of Instruments) of Title 1 (General Provisions) of the Code.

Whenever an Act is repealed, which repealed a former Act, such former Act shall not thereby be revived, unless it shall be expressly so provided.
