2 U.S. Code § 6621

2 U.S. Code § 6621 is about Payment for telecommunications equipment and services; definitions. It is under Part B (General Powers and Duties) of Subchapter III (Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of Senate) of Chapter 65 (Senate Officers and Administration) of Title 2 (The Congress) of the Code.

As used in sections 6621 to 6623 of this title, the term—

(1) “Sergeant at Arms” means the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the United States Senate; and

(2) “user” means any Senator, Officer of the Senate, Committee, office, or entity provided telephone equipment and services by the Sergeant at Arms.
