2 U.S. Code § 6619: Advance payments for computer programing services

2 U.S. Code § 6619

2 U.S. Code § 6619 is about Advance payments for computer programing services. It is under Part B (General Powers and Duties) of Subchapter III (Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of Senate) of Chapter 65 (Senate Officers and Administration) of Title 2 (The Congress) of the Code.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate, subject to the approval of the Committee on Rules and Administration, is on and after July 6, 1981, authorized to enter into contracts which provide for the making of advance payments for computer programing services.
