Rule 3013 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is about Determining Classes of Creditors and Equity Security Holders. It is under Part III (Claims and Distribution to Creditors and Equity Interest Holders; Plans) of the Rules.

For purposes of a plan and its acceptance, the court may―on motion after hearing on notice as the court orders―determine classes of creditors and equity security holders under §§ 1122, 1222(b)(1), and 1322(b)(1).
