Rule 4006 Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure
Rule 4006 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is about Notice When No Discharge Is Granted. It is under Part IV (The Debtor: Duties and Benefits) of the Rules.
The clerk must promptly notify in the manner provided by Rule 2002(f) all parties in interest of an order:
(a) denying a discharge;
(b) revoking a discharge;
(c) approving a waiver of discharge; or
(d) closing an individual debtor’s case without entering a discharge.
