Rule 7010 Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure
Rule 7010 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is about Form of Pleadings in an Adversary Proceeding. It is under Part VII (Adversary Proceedings) of the Rules.
Fed. R. Civ. P. 10 applies in an adversary proceeding—except that a pleading’s caption must substantially conform to the appropriate version of Form 416.
