Section 185 Electricity Act 2023
Section 185 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Establishment of the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.
(1) There is established the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (in this Act referred to as “the Institute”).
(2) The Institute shall be a body corporate —
(a) with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) which may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) which may acquire, hold, purchase, mortgage and deal with property, movable or immovable, real or personal.
