Section 194 Electricity Act 2023
Section 194 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about The Secretary of the Council. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.
The Legal Adviser of the Institute shall be the Secretary to the Council of the Institute and shall —
(a) attend and take minutes of Council meetings and meetings of Committees set up by the Council;
(b) under the authority of the Chairman, conduct correspondences, keep its records, seal of the Institute; and
(c) perform such other functions as may 92 assigned to him by the Council.
