Section 50 Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023

Section 50 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 is about Judicial review. It is under Part X (Enforcement) of the Act.

A person who is not satisfied with an order of the Commission, may apply to the court for judicial review within 30 days after the order was made.
