Section 10 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018
Section 10 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Administration of the Commission. It is under Part II (Establishment of the Federal Competition an Consumer Protection Commission) of the Act.
The Executive Vice-Chairman shall-
(a) be the accounting officer and chief executive officer of the Commission;
(b) ensure the day-to-day administration of the Commission; and
(c) ensure the self-sufficiency of the Executive Vice-Chairman and the Commissioner.
