Section 46 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 46 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Other staff of the Tribunal. It is under Part VII (The Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal) of the Act.

(1) The Tribunal shall appoint such other employees as it deems necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of the Tribunal and the remuneration of persons so employed shall be determined by the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission.

(2) Employment in the Tribunal shall be subject to the provisions of the Pension Reform Act and officers and employees of the Tribunal are entitled to pensions and other retirement benefits as are prescribed under the Pension Reform Act.
