5 U.S. Code § 7352

5 U.S. Code § 7352 is about Excessive and habitual use of intoxicants. It is under Subchapter V (Misconduct) of Chapter 73 (Suitability, Security, And Conduct) of Subpart F (Labor-Management and Employee Relations) of Part III (Employees) of Title 5 (Government Organizations and Employees) of the Code.

An individual who habitually uses intoxicating beverages to excess may not be employed in the competitive service.
