1 Texas Administrative Code § 53.216 – Bank/Credit Facility Documentation
The following shall constitute documentation of the bank/credit facility:
(1) if a bank or other entity is involved as trustee, escrow agent, or credit facility, evidence of the entity’s corporate authority to act as such;
(2) if a credit or similar agreement is to be submitted in executed form pursuant to § RSA 53.212(3) of this title (relating to Basic Financing Documents), evidence of corporate authority to act as such;
(3) authority for specified officers to execute transcript documents and signature identification of such officers.
