1 Texas Administrative Code § 55.214 – Notification to the Licensing Authority
(a) The Coordinator will transmit the final order suspending license to the licensing authority as soon as the final order is enforceable. The Coordinator will transmit the final order using the Notification to Licensing Authority of Order Suspending License form promulgated as a part of this subchapter.
(b) The Coordinator will transmit the order vacating or staying order suspending license to the license authority as soon as it is effective. The Coordinator will transmit the order using the Notification to Licensing Authority of Order Vacating or Staying Order Suspending License form promulgated as a part of this subchapter.
