1 Texas Administrative Code § 62.506 – Copyrights

If a grantee uses any OAG funds to purchase or receive a copyright or for a subgrantee to purchase or receive a copyright, the OAG reserves a royalty-free and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, use, or authorize others to use the copyrighted material.
