1 Texas Administrative Code § 73.91 – Disclosure Statement of Conditional Gifts from Foreign Persons

(a) The governing board of an institution required to file a statement disclosing a conditional gift from a foreign person with the Office of the Secretary of State under Texas Education Code Annotated, §51.572, shall file such statement in the same form as that required to be filed with the Federal Department of Education pursuant to RSA 1011f.

(b) An institution shall make the filing required under subsection (a) of this section with the Office of the Secretary of State on the dates specified for the filing to be made with the Federal Department of Education pursuant to RSA 1011f.
