Article 109 Revised Penal Code

Article 109 of the Revised Penal Code is about Share of each person civilly liable. It is under Chapter Two (What Civil Liability Includes) of Title Five (Civil Liability) of the Code.

Share of each person civilly liable

If there are two or more persons civilly liable for a felony, the courts shall determine the amount for which each must respond.
