Article 161 of the Revised Penal Code is about Counterfeiting the great seal of the Government of the Philippine Islands, forging the signature or stamp of the Chief Executive. It is under Chapter One (Forgeries) of Title Four (Crimes Against Public Interest) of the Code.

The penalty of reclusion temporal shall be imposed upon any person who shall forge the Great Seal of the Government of the Philippine Islands or the signature or stamp of the Chief Executive.
