Article 204 Revised Penal Code

Article 204 of the Revised Penal Code is about Knowingly rendering unjust judgment. It is under Chapter Two (Malfeasance And Misfeasance In Office) of Title Seven (Crimes Committed By Public Officers) of the Code.

Knowingly rendering unjust judgment

Any judge who shall knowingly render an unjust judgment in any case submitted to him for decision, shall be punished by prision mayor and perpetual absolute disqualification.
