Article 51 Revised Penal Code
Article 51 of the Revised Penal Code is about Penalty to be imposed upon principals of attempted crimes. It is under Chapter Four (Application Of Penalties) of Title Three (Penalties) of the Code.
Penalty to be imposed upon principals of attempted crimes
A penalty lower by two degrees than that prescribed by law for the consummated felony shall be imposed upon the principals in an attempt to commit a felony.
