Article 52 Revised Penal Code

Article 52 of the Revised Penal Code is about Penalty to be imposed upon accomplices in consummated crime. It is under Chapter Four (Application Of Penalties) of Title Three (Penalties) of the Code.

Penalty to be imposed upon accomplices in consummated crime

The penalty next lower in degree than that prescribed by law for the consummated shall be imposed upon the accomplices in the commission of a consummated felony.
