Article 73 Chicago Convention
Expenditure and assessment of funds
Within the limit of the funds which may be made available to it by the Assembly under Chapter XII, the Council may make current expenditures for the purposes of this Chapter from the general funds of the Organization. The Council shall assess the capital funds required for the purposes of this Chapter in previously agreed proportions over a reasonable period of time to the con tracting States consenting thereto whose airlines use the facilities. The Council may also assess to States that consent any working funds that are required.
