Article I Section 21 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Right to Bear Arms. Article I is titled Declaration of Rights, it has a preamble and 29 sections.
Right to Bear Arms
The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
