Article I Section 29 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Prohibition against denial or abridgment of equality of rights because of race and ethnicity. Article I is titled Declaration of Rights, it has a preamble and 29 sections.

Prohibition against denial or abridgment of equality of rights because of race and ethnicity

Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania because of the race or ethnicity of the individual.
