Article IV Section 7 Pennsylvania Constitution

Article IV Section 7 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Military Power. Article IV is titled The Executive, it has 20 sections.

Military Power

The Governor shall be commander-in-chief of the military forces of the Commonwealth, except when they shall be called into actual service of the United States.
