Article VIII Section 1 Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is about Uniformity of Taxation. Article VIII is titled Taxation and Finance, it has 17 sections.
Uniformity of Taxation
All taxes shall be uniform, upon the same class of subjects, within the territorial limits of the authority levying the tax, and shall be levied and collected under general laws.
