Article XIII B Section 11 California Constitution

Below is the content of Article XIII B Section 11 of the California Constitution

If any appropriation category shall be added to or removed from appropriations subject to limitation, pursuant to final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction and any appeal therefrom, the appropriations limit shall be adjusted accordingly.

If any section, part, clause of phrase in this Article is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining portions of this Article shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
