This appeal ‘is brought under section 8 (2) of the Wset African Court of Appeal Ordinance (Cap. 5)._ We are of opinion that section .3 (2) relates only to ‘Matrimonial matters and this is Dot a Matrimonial matter. The appeal therefore does not lie, sad is struck out with costs assessed at £18. Os ed.
