Rule 8027 Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure
Rule 8027 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is about Notice of a Mediation. It is under Part VIII (Appeals to District Court or Bankruptcy Appellate Panel) of the Rules.
If the district court or BAP has a mediation procedure applicable to bankruptcy appeals, the clerk must, after docketing the appeal, promptly notify the parties of:
(a) the requirements of the mediation procedure; and
(b) any effect it has on the time to file briefs.
