Rule 9007 Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure

Rule 9007 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is about Authority to Regulate Notices. It is under Part IX (General Provisions) of the Rules.

(a) In General. Unless these rules provide otherwise, when notice is to be given, the court must designate:

(1) the deadline for giving it;

(2) the entities to whom it must be given; and

(3) the form and manner of giving it.

(b) Combined Notices. When feasible, the court may order notices under these rules to be combined.
