Section 100 Nigerian Copyright Act 2022

Section 100 Copyright Act

Section 100 Copyright Act 2022 is about Restriction on execution against property of the Commission. It is under Part XII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act.

(1) In any action or suit against the Commission, no execution or attachment of process shall be issued against the Commission, unless prior to such execution, at least three months’ notice of the intention to execute or attach has been given to the Commission.

(2) Any sum of money, which by the judgment of any court, has been awarded against the Commission shall, subject to any direction given by the court, where notice of appeal against the judgment has been given, be paid from the Fund of the Commission.
