Section 104 Electricity Act 2023

Section 104 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Directives by the President. It is under Part VIII (Establishment of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) of the Act.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the President may give to the N-HYPPADEC directives of a general nature or relating generally to matters or policy with regards to the performance of its functions and the N-HYPPADEC shall comply with the directives.

(2) The N-HYPPADEC shall, with the approval of the President make regulations generally for the purpose of giving effect to this Act.
