Section 110 Electricity Act 2023

Section 110 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Fair spread of private sector investment in transmission network. It is under Part IX (Transmission of Electricity) of the Act.

In giving effect to the provisions of section 109 of this Act, the Commission shall, without compromising on the economic viability of investments made by licensees and non-licensees in the transmission network, ensure the fair spread of investments.
