Section 111 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 111 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Remuneration. It is under Chapter V (The legislature) of the Act.

A member of the House of Assembly shall receive such salary and other allowances as the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission may determine.
